Haha. This is fucking genius. You may have heard of the Pirate Bay and their recent defeat in the law courts of Sweden. Well, one of those found guilty of helping distribute copyrighted materials has come up with a brilliant way of fighting back while still complying with his court ordered fine.

He’s calling it a DDo$ – a distributed denial of dollars attack. He’s basically asking all the Pirate Bay users to send 0.13USD to the law firm who are administering his fine. The processing costs for the millions of micro-payments will far exceed the actual cost of the fine.
