Summertime fun
We’re lucky enough to live on a river and next to the ocean here in Shoalhaven Heads. Josh had his mate over and we headed to the wharf so they could muck about in the kayak. Afterwards they did a bit of wharf-jumping in time-honoured fashion.
Gerroa and Seven Mile Sunset
Forced myself to go somewhere different last night, instead of doing more river shots. So I headed north to Gerroa to see what sunset’s like there. Shot this looking south towards Mount Coolangatta.
A foggy day near Avebury
Used to live fairly near to Avebury, which is famous on account of the neolithic stone circle in the area.
Coolangatta Clouds
Went to a different spot for my sunset photos on a spit of land on the southern tip of the bird sanctuary. Less flies to much on me when I’m knee deep in the river mud, which is nice.
That hill is Mount Coolangatta. They do rides up and down it in in this massive off-road tractor thing, but unfortunately you’re not allowed to get off at the top, making photo opportunities a bit tricky.
